Antenatal Education

Informative & Bespoke

Our antenatal sessions give you the knowledge, tools, and confidence to approach birth with clarity and calm. We cover everything from the physiology of labour, birth hormones, and induction to creating personalised birth preferences that reflect your values.

You’ll learn practical comfort techniques, key labour positions and biomechanics, and how to prepare for both hospital and home births. We also explore the importance of the Golden Hour, strategies for handling unexpected changes, and how birth partners can provide meaningful, effective support.

By the end, you’ll feel informed, empowered, and ready to navigate your birth journey with confidence.

In Labour birth support

Support on the big day!

During labour, I provide continuous, calm support — offering reassurance, encouragement, and hands-on comfort such as massage, breathing techniques, and position guidance. I help create a safe, calm environment and ensure you and your partner feel confident in expressing your preferences, so your voice is always heard.

After birth, I help ease your transition into parenthood — from those first skin-to-skin moments and early feeding support to ensuring you feel nurtured and cared for. My role is to hold space for you, so your birth feels empowering, respectful, and deeply supported.

Postnatal support

Here for you when you get home

A few days after birth, I’ll visit to offer gentle, reassuring support as you adjust to life with your baby. I provide breastfeeding guidance (if desired), a safe space to reflect on your birth experience, and signposting to trusted professionals if you’d like additional support. This visit is also a chance to explore the many questions that often arise in those first few days — from feeding and sleep to recovery and newborn care.

Beyond this visit, I remain available for six weeks after birth, offering continued reassurance, practical guidance, and a listening ear. My role is to support you as you gain confidence, helping you feel resourced, respected, and ready for this new chapter.

Doula Mentor/Coach

Doulaing the Doula

I have been a Doula UK Mentor for seven years and am also a BirthBliss Doula Coach. Supporting newly qualified doulas at the start of their journey is something I’m deeply passionate about.

As a mentor and coach, I provide guidance, encouragement, and practical tools to help new doulas grow in confidence, refine their client care, and navigate the realities of building a sustainable business. My focus is on helping each doula find their own authentic path in this rewarding work, while feeling supported and resourced along the way.

To hear me share more about my approach to mentoring, listen to my conversation on the Doula Dispensary Podcast, Episode 22.
